Barcode Direct’s primary goal was to get more qualified leads. Their challenges included multiple sales and marketing platforms that were not working together, no formal call tracking, and no transparent tracking between marketing and sales activities.
We implemented HubSpot CRM with Integrated Call Tracking so sales and marketing could work together. Plus, all leads are now directly imported into HubSpot and attributed to the correct source, including organic, social media, etc. We also implemented a persona-based content marketing strategy that lead to a 67% year-over-year increase in new visitors.
