About Ken

Ken Kaiser is a marketer with a passion for the customer and the experience. He has joined New Perspective as a Customer Success Manager.

He earned his Bachelors in Digital Media and began using those skills in broadcast and non-profits directly upon graduating. It quickly evolved into a content marketing role and Ken began to pursue more education with a focus in marketing.

Ken loves to encounter problems and solve them. He believes that there are opportunities in failures and is always looking for the chance to turn something around for the better.

Having been in Marketing for over 7 years, Ken has been the Senior Media Designer for global brands like Hanna Instruments, Technical Director for User Interface Engineering, a Director of Marketing, and a consultant for businesses large and small.

He loves what he does and shows it by taking on any problem that comes his way. When he’s not at work, he’s playing with his kids, checking out new restaurants with his wife of 10 years, or writing music. He has been a musician for over 20 years and loves sharing that gift with people. If you ask him about other hobbies, you’ll probably hear about fantasy football or he’ll chat endlessly about how his involvement with his kid’s activities. He would have you know that his daughter is a national champion dancer and his son is a baseball champion.
